One of our friends will be replacing their vehicle. They said they will start looking around August. I did mention COSTCO plan to them and they seemed interested. As the time approaches I will ask them again if they want to try purchasing it through COSTCO. It is a ways to go to purchase a car but $800 above invoice is usually a pretty good price. David new of a 2009 Chevy impala that was the rite color you had in Jerome and drove us over to look at it and pick it up. He explained all its features and benefits on the ride back, my wife loved the way it drove. While making the deal Lori Kennedy was great and very good at keeping us in the loop as to what was going on, even while not feeling well at all. We stopped in at the Jerome Store today to have a door lock fixed on our Tahoe and also to have a squeak on the driver side window of the door checked. I want to COMMEND you on a great staff and an excellent facility. I'm sorry to say that we had not been there. The service person had the window fixed, ordered a new lock, and washed the vehicle in 45 minutes. The waiting area was excellent. What a great idea to have computers available. Bill Baker had told me that the facility was impressive and for a change Bill was correct. ha! I just wanted to say thanks for a pleasant experience and we will return. Hi! I just want to thank all of you for your kindness and competent service when we broke down on I-84 in our Buick Roadmaster on June 28. Our fuel pump went out and after we were towed to your facility, Duane did a great job of diagnosing the problem and getting the repairs started. Shy was very helpful getting us a motel and then picking us up the next day. Waiting for the car in your comfortable surroundings made the experience much better than it might have been. Having car trouble so far from home can be very stressful but you mad it tolerable. You probably don't know me from Adam, we've met at a couple of chamber functions in passing. My name is Todd Marshall and I operate AART Northwest Recovery and towing & Larry's automotive (auto haven) on west rd. here in town. After being a master mechanic for the last 30 some years, and having a problem with a diagnosis on a friends 07 Pontiac (drivability and programming issues), I called Josh in your service department for a comparative opinion and possible reprogramming if necessary? Josh got my vehicle in and diagnosed it in a reasonable length of time BUT did so with out trying to intervene between me and my customer/friend and very very professionally I might add. I've bought parts for quite some time from your parts department and been delighted with the two kids there, but Josh out did himself and just wanted to pass the thanks on.... definitely have a keeper there, so thanks for the assistance and the good people in the shop. Hope your enjoying the summer that has finally come. I just want to share my appreciation for the excellent service department you have in Jerome. Although it is not surprising they put quality and professionalism as a standard due to your values, I would like to say that Dwayne and his crew go over and above the call of service. Today I had my truck serviced and they were able to, 1st get me in on short notice and 2nd keep in touch with me on a repair that I needed looked at. Finally Dwayne contacted me to inform me that my truck was finished however, I had forgotten about picking it up and remembered after 5:30 PM that I had no truck. To my surprise he was waiting for me and I was able to make arrangements to pick it up after hours. It this type of service that will always bring me back to your dealership!!

To Whom it May Concern:
I know this note is long overdue, but I want to comment on the service we received on Friday afternoon of the 29th of May on our way to Alaska. We were driving my 2004 white Suburban and it started to sputter like it was out of fuel, like the cars used to do when they were vapor locked. We had a good quarter of tank of fuel, but filled up anyway. Asked the service station attend where a person might find a mechanic to look at it since we were on our way through Canada, mountains, etc on our way to Alaska. He told us to go back a few miles to your dealership. We were greeted very courteous, and after we told him our problems and where we were headed he took us right in. While we waited in the waiting room we started talking to one of your regulars and she told us how great your service was. That made us feel better. Then Duane came back out with the news. According to the tests it was believed to be the fuel pump. OK put one on. Well he said he had to get one out of Salt Lake City. Oh great a weekend her in Jerome. He informed us it would be here in the morning, but we still thought--weekend in Jerome. He said we should be out of there by noon. I said its Saturday, he said makes no deference, we will work on it and get it out unless something unforeseen comes up. We were taken to a motel, checked with them the next forenoon, and out of there well before noon.
The service Manager Duane Kimble and the mechanics and just everyone was very courteous and helpful. The only thing was the bill and that wasn't your always problem. I just had to write and let you know how impressed I was with the service I received on my 2003 Buick Century. We purchased the car from you in 2003 and are still driving it. It had some problems and Josh in the service department was fantastic. He really put out some extra effort to make sure it was done right, then made an extra call to the place we have our MBI insurance through and saved us another $200.00 off our bill. Wanted to let you know how we appreciate your service department and the service that Josh provided both my wife and I with the purchase of new tires for each of our trucks. Not only did your crew offer better value, but they found something wrong with my truck and took the initiative to contact me and we were able to get it fixed. I never would have known there was a mechanical issue with my truck otherwise. Continue to encourage your staff to go that extra step to care for a customer's needs. It does not even have to be an extra mile to make a difference in today's market place. Just one extra step. I travel a lot and have gotten my truck serviced as I am traveling just because of convenience, but Josh and the rest of the department made an impression on me that I will become a regular customer. I just wanted to tell you.
We were extremely happy with the service department at Con Paulos. We had our oil changed at a dealership in Texas. The oil leaked and was very messy. By the time we got home our truck was a mess. Not only that, we weren't sure if the oil was leaking, and becoming low. We took the DuraMax to your service center, and the technicians washed the entire truck, underneath and the body. We were very happy with the service. The leak has stopped and I have a clean truck. The technician was very professional and helpful to us.
