The guys in the shop, Eddy (advisor) and Brandon Sparks (tech), did an outstanding job! Pulled in my wife's car for an oil change appointment and the tire sensor light was on, turns out I needed new sensors in all tires and I skipped a rotation last oil change. They informed me what all needed to be performed and we made sure to get that all done to keep our Warranty Forever and have a safe vehicle. Your managers and mechanics are top-notch I think! I like to keep a close eye on the maintenance of my pick up. I asked them to change the transmission fluid before the service was due just as a precaution. I wanted to see the pan come off the transmission and see for myself what kind of shape the transmission was in. They called me back and I watched the mechanic pulled the pan. I was glad to see that it was clean and the transmission was in good shape. Not many dealerships will do that!
