Pulled in my wife's car for an oil change appointment and the tire sensor light was on, turns out I needed new sensors in all tires and I skipped a rotation last oil change. Vehicle was misrepresented

Your managers and mechanics are top-notch I think! I like to keep a close eye on the maintenance of my pick up. I asked them to change the transmission fluid before the service was due just as a precaution. I wanted to see the pan come off the transmission and see for myself what kind of shape the transmission was in. They called me back and I watched the mechanic pulled the pan. I was glad to see that it was clean and the transmission was in good shape. Not many dealerships will do that!

Great service. I was shown what needed replaced before any work started. The service tech also explained the different types of replacement parts to save some money on the job. This is why I only allow Con Paulos to work on my vehicle. I also was very happy with the deal made when I purchased the vehicle from Con Paulos.

I tried telling the cashier that the price was wrong, but she was annoyed by me and was not friendly. About 10 minutes after I left with my vehicle, the technician called and informed me they overcharged me. I appreciate his honesty. The cashier needs to work on her customer appreciation skills.

What stood out the most for me was when Eddy reiterated what I was having done on my vehicle, then he accommodated me by adding services that I had for got to include.
